Adriatic GreenLab presented at Ecsite conference in Ljubljana
Today we got an opportunity to present the Adriatic GreenLab initiative and idea at the Ecsite Conference 2024 in Ljubljana. How to build self-sufficient communities in remote areas such as islands was well accepted and raised interest. It is always a question if this lab already exists and it is operational?
Nice opportunity to network with the European Citizens Science network and other science networks.

Adriatic GreenLab presented in China
It is our great honor and pleasure to announce that the Fablab initiative called Adriatic GreenLab was presented during the Beijing International Week for Science Literacy conference, which took place from September 16 to 18 in China.
On that occasion, Fablab member Krešimir Čanić, and at the same time a representative in the global network of science festivals (Beijing Global Network of Science Festivals), presented the Adriatic GreenLab initiative, which the Fablab association has been working on for several years, which aims to create a world center that would deal with This initiative has already attracted the interest of EU institutions, and was invited to present itself in Brussels in 2019 as part of the 2nd Engaged Citizens Festival, and at the 1st New European Bauhaus Festival in 2022.
We thank Krešimir Čanić for choosing this initiative and presenting it on the international scene.
